Who are we?

This community focuses on promoting research on a variety of crimes against nature. Our studies on crime, victimization, and justice are based on a variety of theoretical and philosophical perspectives that recognize the unique position human and non-human victims inhabit within society. We study a variety of crime and victims such as wildlife trafficking, animal exploitation, pollution, excessive mining, and more.

This website aims to be the central source of information on green criminologists and scholars alike. Green criminology is an expanding interdisciplinary field including conservation criminology, environmental sociology, and more. The website’s goal is to promote scholars from various perspectives and fields for journal editors, agencies, and other organizations.
